Based on our accumulated experiences, we have developed this advanced machine by adopting the mechanism of balance scales. Our machine automatically controls circular compensation with a microcomputer, resolving the disadvantage of the leverage system, and lightening the loads on a workpiece and the blades.
*Model : MB-3090A/MB-4090A
This machine has the same performance as those of conventional middle-size machines, but with a downsized height and depth compareing to the dimension of conventional machines.
Therefore, it is easy to ensure a place to install this machine.

Our Original ACA Circuit
The hoisting stage is corrected to the center of the blades' stroke and is showed in a digital display.
*Model : MB-3090A/MB-4090A
We adopt a newly designed double-top frame to maintain high speed rotation and high accuracy.
*Model : MB-4090A
For convenient arrangement of the switches and for users' safety, we attach a panel on the stroke adjustment plate cover.

This indicator shows cutting depth by 0.1mm. You can confirm it when you adjust the stroke of the blades.
With the digital switch, you can easily adjust a setting depth for automatic stop.
The abrasive grain outlet automatically ascend to keep a certain distance to a workpiece (2~8mm/1 step) to reduce scattered abrasive.
This indicator changes its color from green, yellow to red depending on the degree of the wear of the blades to let you know the timing of stroke adjustment.
Sliding Tank
Cleaning of the tank and refilling of abrasive can be easily made.
A large filter prevents its clogging.

This power-operated variable weight is convenient for balancing with the weight of a workpiece.
Weight adjustment can easily be made by adjusting the switch.
*Model : MB-4090A
This vise is made of aluminum for ease of heat radiation.
A workpiece can be attached with the reference surface of the slicing table at a certain angle.
More than one workpieces in the same size can be attached in parallel with the
reference surface of the slicing table.
Correcting of parallelism of the reference surface of wafers can easily made with the direction of the blade.
An angle from the reference surface of a workpiece can be freely set on a second time scale to accurately cut it.
